Lizzy

Lizzy joined Aston University in 2016, where, as Policy Advisor, she is the University’s policy and government relations lead.
Lizzy supports the Vice Chancellor and Executive team in a variety of ways including providing advice, briefings, policy analysis,
leading consultation responses and political engagement activities.
Before joining Aston, Lizzy worked in admissions policy and practice with the Supporting Professionalism in Admissions programme,
part of the external relations team at UCAS, and as a member of the Russell Group’s policy team.
Lizzy began her career in local government, on Birmingham City Council’s graduate programme. She studied for an MSc in Public Management
at the University of Birmingham, where she researched the use of behavioural economics tactics in achieving civic behaviour change.
