Hallsworth

Jen is Chief of Staff in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office at Keele University. She has held this position since October 2022, prior to this she was senior policy and strategy manager from August 2015, following the appointment of Professor Trevor McMillan as Vice-Chancellor.

Her role includes management of executive support for the Vice-Chancellor and his senior team, risk management, strategic planning and policy horizon scanning.

Jen joined Keele University in 2007 and has held several positions during this time, primarily within Governance and the Secretariat. She has a BA in Business Management and Education.
