Caroline is Director of Planning and Corporate Strategy at the University of Lincoln. She has worked in the planning arena in Higher Education for over 20 years.
A member of the Senior Leadership Team she has responsibility and oversight for both operational and strategic planning across the institution. She is also a member
of the HESPA Executive (Higher Education Strategic Planners Association).
