Valeria
Arzenton
As Head of Performance and Insight at the University of Wolverhampton, Valeria provides oversight and leadership for the performance monitoring and review processes across
the University and is responsible for leading market intelligence and policy analysis to support the senior leadership team. She also oversees and co-ordinates the strategic
and operational planning processes for the Institution.
As part of her role, Valeria has responsibility for shaping and contributing to new ways of approaching the University’s policy activities and enhancing the University’s
understanding of and response to changes in the external policy environment.
Valeria joined the University of Wolverhampton in 2016, having previously worked at the University of Plymouth and the University of Birmingham in research and market insight
positions.
Valeria graduated from the University of Trento (Italy) with a MA (Hons) in Sociology, and held social research roles, specialising in Public Understanding of Science, prior
to moving to the UK.
